Magnesium chloride is used at the end of the day to promote as sense of relaxation and wellbeing through massage.

How to use: Using clean dry fingers apply salve to clean skin, neck, shoulder, lower back, legs and bottom of the feet.  For best results apply at bedtime to legs and bottom of feet after bathing.  Can calm restless legs.  Promotes restful sleep, massage to bottom of feet right before bed.  Safe for children, always consult your dr. for medical advice. 

Do not apply to broken or freshly shaven skin as may cause irritation.  May sting at first or second application but should dissipate after routine application.  Always consult a DR for medical advice.  No intended to treat, cure, diagnose or prevent disease.
