How to use: Using clean dry fingers apply salve to clean skin, temples, neck, shoulder, lower back, legs and bottom of the feet.  Also apply where you may have muscle pain or nerve pain.  For best results apply at bedtime to legs and bottom of feet after bathing.  Can calm restless legs.  Promotes restful sleep, massage to bottom of feet right before bed.  Safe for children, always consult your dr. for medical advice.
